How do you change weights in a VARIABELL^®?

To change weights:

First, “Pinch” the tabs on the top of the lid towards each other and take the lid off
Now “Pinch” the tabs on the “Lockbar” towards each other and lift it off
Now add, remove, or swap weights from any of the 4 slots
To replace the Lockbar, insert the tab on one end into the “hole” on either side of the opening under the VARIABELL handle.
Push Down on the Tabs (marked PUSH) on each side of the other end of the Lockbar.
1. This should require a “Firm” force. This ensures the Lockbar is securely and safely holding the exercise weights in place.
How do you know you’ve put the Lockbar in place correctly?
1. You should see/hear the Tab on the end of the Lockbar you just pushed down Snap and/or “Click” into place.
2. If the Lockbar won’t close securely, remove the Lockbar. Look at the flat surface in the center of each of the weights you’ve installed. If the surface is tilted and/or not at the same level of the other weights, simply lift it up a short distance and drop vertically back into place.
